HR ANALYST

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis to support HR strategies and decision-making.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and trends.

- Support recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interviews.

- Collaborate with teams to optimize employee performance and engagement.

- Prepare reports and presentations on HR analytics for clients.

 

Work experience: 0 to 3 years.

 

Working Schedule: From 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

 

Skills:

. Technical skills required include proficiency in Excel, and Power Point.

. General skills encompass communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities like research and statistical analysis. Work under pressure and work in a group.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

 

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns effectively.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

 

Requirements:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
