Mission of the Role
To ensure the highest standards of call quality and data accuracy by monitoring performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting continuous improvement across the team.

Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

  • 100% of assigned calls are monitored and documented on schedule each week.
  • Actionable feedback is provided to agents and management within 24 hours of review.
  • Call calibration sessions are facilitated monthly with 95%+ participation rate from operations.
  • Trends in agent performance are tracked, analyzed, and reported bi-weekly.
  • Error rate in data entry and call documentation remains below 1%.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls against defined standards.
  • Reach or exceed the weekly quota of monitored calls.
  • Facilitate regular call calibration sessions with the operations team.
  • Deliver clear, constructive feedback to agents and management.
  • Document findings and track individual agent progress over time.
  • Critique calls objectively and coach agents on improvement opportunities.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism and collaboration.

Competencies and Skills Required

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver constructive (including negative) feedback professionally.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Highly organized with good time-management and goal-setting habits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

2-Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Hybrid – 2 days remote / 3 days in office – Dbayeh
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone and email
  • Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain records of calls and manage a client database
  • Analyze customer needs and propose relevant solutions

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • Fluent in Engllish
