- Job Purpose:
1. Responsible for supporting internal users and
provide prompt responses to questions from employees
2. Diagnose and resolve problems related to operating
systems, mobile and handheld devices
3. Install, implement and administer new applications
on client computers
- Education: Bachelor
of Science or Technical Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or
MIS
- Certification: A+,
N+, Microsoft certified courses is a plus
- Experience: 2
to 3 years of previous related experience
